Fill out the form, indicating:
- Contact name
- Event name and type (e.g., "St Pat's Road Race", 8K run through downtown Philadelphia)
- Date of event
- Number of people expected at event
- Other beverages available at event
- Cost of sponsorship, if any (usually we do not pay for sponsorships; our hope is value of tea would defray any cost)
- Ability to keep Honest Tea product cold (who wants room-temp tea?)
- Ability to distribute tea at the event (we usually can't provide staff)
- Ability (if any) to recognize Honest Tea's donation in event materials (website, t-shirt, etc)
- Ability to pick up product at Bethesda, MD headquarters or regional distributor (shipping bottled tea is expensive!)
- Ability to send us digital pictures of Honest Tea at your event
- Any other info you deem relevant
