Let's just say that making the decision to discontinue a tea is one of the hardest things we have to do. Both Gold Rush and Kashmiri Chai were part of our initial five offerings that we brought in thermoses to Whole Foods back in 1998. So parting with them is not something we take lightly. Although Chai and Gold Rush were some of our favorites, too, there just weren't enough others out there like us to make it cost-effective for us to produce and distribute. Though we'd like to try to make everyone happy all the time, the reality of limited shelf space and competition means that we can only stock our strongest-selling teas. If we were a non-profit entity, we'd feel committed to providing as many options as we can, but since we are trying to be a for-profit company, we have to listen to the marketplace and the reality was that most stores weren't giving Gold Rush and Chai enough shelf space to make them viable for the long term.

- 64oz Moroccan Mint - We found that the honey created more challenges for us in terms of shelf-stability in the larger plastic bottle, and it also had the lowest sales volume of the four varie-teas we offer in the 64oz size. We decided to replace it with Peach Oo-La-Long, which is the most popular 16oz flavor.
