Eat more kale! Run every morning! Drop 20 pounds! Carpool every day! Resolutions can be exhausting and really get you down. Did you know, a recent study from Forbes discovered that a mere 8% of Americans keep their New Year’s Resolutions? However, if you find yourself in the 92% majority, have no fear. Your path to personal wellness is still within reach—and it all starts with little steps.
To help get you back on track (or keep you there), throughout February we’ll be sharing a series of wellness tips, ideas and challenges that we hope you join with us on. Don’t worry, we’re not going to be talking about running 50 miles a week or dropping 30 pounds in one year, but you will find a challenge to carve out 5 minutes for yourself to breathe, and other simple ways you can stay true to your goals.
