Honest Tea’s New Summer Campaign Is Inspiring People To Be More #RefreshinglyHonest

HONEST TEA’S NEW SUMMER CAMPAIGN IS INSPIRING PEOPLE TO BE MORE #REFRESHINGLYHONEST

The #RefreshinglyHonest Project Encourages People To Share Lighthearted, Truthful Moments

(Bethesda, MD)—April 29, 2016— On National Honesty Day (4/30), Honest Tea is launching the #RefreshinglyHonest Project, a summer-long campaign asking people to share their #RefreshinglyHonest thoughts with friends, family and their social networks. Recognizing that there are many things we all honestly feel and do but seldom say, the campaign aims to create fun connections by revealing the less-than-perfect but shared moments that make up our daily lives.

The #RefreshinglyHonest Project will kick off with a short documentary series, showing what happens when real people take the first step toward being #RefreshinglyHonest. The project will continue through August with a series of digital and physical activations, including:

  • The release of a series of sharable Honesty Cards that tell commonly-held #RefreshinglyHonest sentiments
  • A pop-up #RefreshinglyHonest experience in cities nationwide.
  • A variety of events in cities across the US to collect data for Honest Tea’s annual National Honest Index

The campaign will culminate with announcement of the results of the National Honesty Index, Honest Tea’s annual study to determine the honesty of various US cities.
