Recipe: Appley Ever After Cinnamon Overnight Oats

If you’ve not yet jumped on the overnight oats bandwagon, now is the time! Oatmeal is a delicious way to start the day, however most weekday mornings are busy and preparing a healthy breakfast isn’t always an option.

Overnight oats are a quick and easy option. As the title states, these oats sit overnight, so breakfast is ready when you are.

Typically oatmeal is prepared with only milk, but this apple cinnamon oatmeal is worth a try.  Use our Appley Ever After Honest Kids juice and a sprinkle of cinnamon for a fast and easy breakfast on-the-go.


  • 2/3 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup Honest Kids Appley Ever After
  • 1/3 cup milk (any kind works)
  • Dash of cinnamon

Optional: 1 tsp honey if you prefer a sweeter oatmeal

In a glass jar, combine oats, juice, milk, and cinnamon (as well as honey if you choose). Cover and shake well. Store in the refrigerator overnight.  Oats should absorb all the liquid and be ready for you in the morning!

    1. Hi Claudia! If reheating in the microwave, check to make sure your jar is microwave-safe; otherwise, we'd suggest putting it in a microwave-safe bowl.
